Seabrook Omura E-RYT200
Seabrook has been a student of yoga for over ten years, beginning her practice while attending college in 2003. Since that time she has received her 200 hr teaching certification from West-East Natural Healing in St. Louis, MO and has had the honor and privilege of studying with many great and master teachers, such as Kino Macgregor, Tias Little, Rod Stryker, Noah Maze, Jodi Blumstein, and Sat Inder Singh Khalsa.
Initially attracted to Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow styles, Seabrook has since found her path in the tradition set forth by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga Yoga. Never before considering herself someone who is particularly athletic or physically strong, the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga method has helped Seabrook break through physical, mental, and energetic barriers, heal her body, focus and center her mind, and tap into a deeper/spiritual place that resides within us all.
Seabrook holds the steadfast belief that a regular yoga practice makes us all stronger, healthier, and more compassionate human beings.
