Heart Chakra Meditation
with Bhavani $5

Back by special request! This is a repeat of the very well attended offering on January 31.


Use the power of focused, repetitive, rhythmic movement synchronized with breath to draw attention totally into the NOW.

Join us at the studio  Sunday, March 14, at 2:30 pm to be lead into this 1 hour practice from the Sufi tradition by visiting teacher Bhavani Benninghoven. 

The simple stepping and hand movements are accompanied by music especially created for this meditation. The whole experience, done to four directions, ends with a deep savasana supported by the magic sounds of Tibetan bells. One only realizes the incredible power of the experience at the end when realization of the journey to a deep place inside can be appreciated.

The practice relieves inner tension allowing the energy of the heart to flow and at the same time calms, refreshes and encourages our being to act more out of the center of the heart again.

Come and move your body while practicing yoga poses, breathing and relaxation in a child-centered class built for fun and fitness. Family Yoga provides the opportunity to learn about your body and to connect for family fun.
Stories, games, partner poses and imagination are used as elements to make yoga fun and inviting for adults and children ages 3 and up.

Pajama Yoga for 5-10 year olds
with Susan
March 12 , Friday 6:30-8pm

Kids should wear their pajamas (or comfy clothing) to this special Friday night class! Gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with calming breathing and visualization techniques will soothe your child before bedtime. A healthy snack will be served after the class, then sweet dreams to follow! What a great way to end a busy week at school. Ages 5-10.
