Healing Essence
Janet Pittrich is a Second Degree Reiki Practitioner in the Usui System of Natural Healing. In addition, she is a licensed Cosmetologist and trained with Dorothy Woolery at Longview Community College in Lee's Summit, MO where she studied wholistic skincare.
After re-locating to San Diego, California, Janet joined the team of professionals at Cal-A-Vie and The Golden Door Health Spas. She trained with Dr. Gary Young learning Raindrop Technique and the value of using therapeutic-grade essential oils.
Janet has also trained with Diana James of the Acadamie of Sacred Aromatics and received a Certificate of Achievement for Level I & II. . She returned to Columbia in 2008 and is excited to be located inside alleyCat Yoga. She's looking forward to meeting you soon and sharing what she's learned along the way. Her work focuses on deep relaxation and healing of your body, mind and spirit.

Reiki Session
The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese words; Rei (Ray) and Ki (kee)
which translates as spiritual directed universal life force energy that is
channeled through an initiated Reiki practioner. It is powerful, natural and
effective laying-on of hands technique. It balances the body's energies at all
levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Raindrop Technique
Raindrop Technique is a powerful, non-invasive method of applying pure,
therapeutic-grade essential oils* to the feet and spine.
Specific oils are used that effectively target every organ and system of the
body. By applying these oils, the body can be brought into structural and
electrical balance and the energy centers can be cleared and re-aligned.

Aetherial Aesthetics
Aetherial Aesthetics is an 'Out of this world relaxing experience'. This
session includes cleansing the face, followed with a gentle facial massage. A
masque that is best suited for your skin type is then applied and while
the masque is processing, you are pampered with a relaxing hand and foot
massage. The session is finished with application of rich organic creams made from botanicals
that nurture and protect your skin, bringing back its natural glow.

that are sustainably harvested.
